Working Memory and Processing Speed Predict Math Skills in Pediatric Brain Tumor Survivors

Childhood brain tumor survivors are at risk for working memory and processing speed deficits that affect other cognitive skills. This study examined these abilities and math performance at least 2 years post-diagnosis, identified medical factors linked to math deficits, and tested whether memory or speed predicted outcomes.
