Raynaud’s phenomenon (RP) is a potential early or late side effect of some chemotherapy drugs, including bleomycin, cisplatin, vinblastine, and vincristine. RP causes reduced blood flow to the fingers and toes, often triggered by cold or stress. The exact cause is unknown, but long-term follow-up is recommended for survivors. Oncologists should remain aware of this possible late effect and monitor patients for symptoms.
