Female survivors of childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancers face increased risks of adverse pregnancy outcomes from cancer or its treatment. With limited national guidance, the International Late Effects of Childhood Cancer Guideline Harmonization Group offers recommendations for counseling and monitoring obstetrical risks.
