CAC2 Supporting Organization Member Syndax Pharmaceuticals announced that the Food and Drug Administration approved revumenib, a menin inhibitor, for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia with a susceptible nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1) mutation in adult and pediatric patients 1 year and older who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.

World Health Organization (WHO) has released six new target product profiles for child-friendly formulations of essential cancer medicines. You can read this recent publication for a clear, technical roadmap for pharmacy companies to develop much-needed, optimized versions of the medicines specifically designed for use in children worldwide.
