Pivotal Phase III clinical trial (ARTEMIS-011) results: Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. announced that risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez/HS-20093), the B7-H3 directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), met the primary endpoint of progression-free survival (PFS) as assessed by the Independent Review Committee (IRC) in the in patients with osteosarcoma who had progressed or relapsed after receiving at least two prior lines of systemic therapy.
Two leukemia-specific studies:
- Screening of cognitive symptoms during treatment for childhood leukemia predicts post-treatment cognitive functioning and provides preliminary evidence for use of the PROMIS parent proxy cognitive function questionnaire as a screener for cognitive difficulties.
- Adult childhood cancer survivors (CCS) of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) frequently report mental distress, fatigue and executive function (EF) impairment.
